No Refunds:
Mason Elite operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a course has been purchased, the payment is considered final and non-refundable, including in cases where participants are unable to complete the course or decide not to participate further. Additionally, please note that we offer payment plans that are non-refundable.
This policy applies to all our basketball courses, including but not limited to online programs, in-person training sessions, and any associated materials.
Course Access and Materials:
Access to the purchased basketball course, as well as any accompanying materials, will be provided promptly following the confirmation of your payment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to access the course content.
Transfer of Enrollment:
Enrollment in a Mason Elite basketball course is non-transferable. The individual who made the original purchase is the sole participant allowed access to the course content and benefits.
Technical Issues:
Mason Elite is committed to providing a smooth and effective online learning experience. In the event of technical issues that prevent access to the course content, our support team will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the problem promptly. However, technical issues do not warrant a refund.
Changes or Cancellations:
Mason Elite reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or coaching staff if necessary. While such changes are rare, they do not entitle participants to a refund.
